Organisation of the oil painting classes
After a first class entirely dedicated to the preparation and mastery of colours, I guide you step by step in the realisation of a still-life. This is the best exercise to learn how to paint, tame your color palette, manage oil paint and manipulate your brush.
Then we work on new subjects of your choice such as landscapes and seascapes. The goal is then to learn how to work with backgrounds and color gradations, paint skies and clouds, the sea and landscapes, learn to master light and represent shadows. It is also about building a painting by applying the main principles of composition and the rules of perspective.

WHERE ? : Classes take place at the Studio, rue du Roi Victor Amé 8, 1227 Carouge
The Studio is located in the charming village of Carouge, at the gates of Geneva, accessible by trams 12 and 18 (Armes or Carouge Marché stop).
PRICE : Classes take place in sessions of 4 (renewable) classes. The price for 4 classes (4 x 2h30 or 10h) is 340 chf per person. All material is included. Maximum of 8-10 students per class.
