Inspirations

My two great sources of inspiration are Brittany and Switzerland. Brittany because I was almost born there and Switzerland because I live there for almost 10 years.

Expatriate in Switzerland, I fell in love with Switzerland and its grandiose landscapes. Lake Zurich and Lake Geneva inspire me daily. In my paintings, I try to reveal the magic and the poetry of the places, to suspend the time of the contemplation. My paintings are all made with oil paint on linen canvas. Often, on the internet, we think we see a picture, but no, they are really paintings! Why so much realism? I do not know, this has always been my way of painting. I am always in the contemplation of the nature around me and try to capture its beauty and essence.
